More than 10 years ago, Mr. Carroll joined the Company and has been responsible for the Company’s growth and market positioning. Mr. Carroll is charged with the responsibility of implementing strategy initiatives to increase marketshare and developing operational realignment strategies to support such growth.
Prior to becoming a partner, Mr. Carroll directed, managed and supported up to 25 consultants, including 3 vice presidents, for clinical and revenue cycle re-engineering projects. Mr. Carroll also directed more than 10 consultants on financial turnaround projects for private physician practice groups, including a court-appointed receivership project which prevented bankruptcy. Mr. Carroll also acted as client liaison for all of the Company’s project scoping, contract negotiations, quality assurance and professional fee setting which resulted in improved Company organization.
When Mr. Carroll started with the Company, he was a consultant and traveled nationwide to clients. During this time, Mr. Carroll performed cost reduction strategies, financial statement analysis and budgeting for various sized healthcare organizations throughout the US.
Mr. Carroll is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin.
