I have been working with Joe Carroll with Advantage Administration for over two years, and our practice joined his MSO in January 2018. For the first half of 2018, we have realized reduced expenses for our legal, accounting, medical/surgical/office supplies, and capital equipment. We have incorporated a BOOMERANG™ patient retention program with Opticall, which has provided phenomenal success for the practice. We have also reduced our overall billing expense, while increasing our billing department effectiveness by partnering with Agnite, which is the ‘billing arm’ of Advantage MSO. Overall, Mr. Carroll is a great pleasure to work with and keeps the best interests of the practices that partner with him in mind at all times. The cost reduction for our practice has been substantial in only a half-year, and we look forward to seeing our overhead numbers drop to all-time lows as we consolidate MSO-pricing across our gamut of vendors.
