Eight years ago my Ophthalmology practice was facing problems in the areas of management and finances. I had a busy, growing practice, but sometimes was unable to pay myself. There seemed to be an underlying current of personnel conflict. The poor attitudes of a few employees were beginning to impact the quality ones. Much of my time was consumed with human resource issues.
We brought in Advantage Administration, Inc. and they were instrumental in markedly improving the organizational skills of the practice, increasing collections, decreasing overhead costs, and reducing and then refining the existing staff. They have also given invaluable, intelligent assistance in developing a succession plan.
