I am pleased to offer this word of thanks and commendation for Joe Carroll and the Team at Advantage Administration.  I came to Joe in need of a true practice “remodel”.  Like many in solo practice, inertia had allowed our systems and staff to grow stale and ineffective from an administrative standpoint.  I needed not only a practice assessment and recommendations for the turnaround, but also a hands on, experienced guide to assure implementation.  When I interviewed Joe, this is where he and his team separated themselves from the rest of the consultants.  He assured me follow through and implementation are his focus, and that has certainly been realized in our experience – far exceeding expectations.
