Joe:
I wanted to take a moment to share with you a few thoughts about our experience working with you and the rest of the Advantage Administration team. It has been well over a year since we started down this road together, and as I think back to where we were before we joined forces, it is amazing how far we have come in such a short time. Having been in this practice for over 16 years, I fall in the middle among my partners in terms of seniority. Although I am not formally charged with the task of running our practice, much of the responsibility of managing our large and growing practice rests with me. In that role I am especially familiar with the value that Advantage Administration, Inc. has brought to us.

Managing growth, including bringing on new partners, opening offices, updating practice management software and billing procedures, and introducing new IT systems were among the many needs we have faced over the last several years. Trying to attend to these vital tasks while maintaining a busy practice is a daunting task. Few practices have a readily available administrative team capable of moving on these many issues while still sustaining the routine practice demands. This is exactly where you guys have helped so much. The changes we have made with your guidance are too numerous to list and all for the better.

Although the tangible, quantifiable benefits to our practice, including enhancing our revenue substantially, are of obvious importance, they probably are not the most important. I think, in the long run, Advantage’s biggest contribution has been enhancing the value of our personnel. Implementation of a pay for performance system and really living a mindset in which all of the staff work for the group and feel part of the group have been critical. This approach will be key for us in the long run and I thank you for it.
