I write this letter of recommendation for Mr. Joe Carroll. I had the privilege of working with Mr. Carroll as our consultant at Athwal Eye Associates. During this time with the company he has implemented many positive changes which brought out the best performance in all of my employees. One in particular which stands out is his pay for performance program. Through this program each employee is given their job duties, benchmarks, and goals to achieve before their next review. Reviews are done every six months. I cannot stress enough how much this program has improved productivity of each and every employee. It has given them a solid foundation, accountability, and goals to reach at each review. All of my employees really like this program and to be honest new hires are enticed by it.
