Interim Management

• Provide one or more in-house executive(s) for a specified duration (minimum of ninety days) to help practices manage:

sudden or expected absence in management crisis or turnaround situations periods of significant change such as start-up, mergers / acquisitions, expansion / growth and construction department restructuring including clinics and business offices revenue cycle recovery IT transitions including changes in billing and electronic medical records systems

Extended Management

• Onsite placement of one or more experienced Advantage executive(s) to provide day-to-day management through the long term.

Practice Management

• Analyze financial and operational performance to identify improvement opportunities in:

  organizational structure scheduling and registration clinic flow front desk operations policies and procedures space and staffing utilization back office operations revenue cycle performance compliance and governance
