Position Overview
Our Revenue Cycle Consultants have extensive experience and a successful track record of developing and implementing solutions to improve the capture of charges and collection of receivables for mid to large physician practices, academic medical centers, ambulatory surgery centers and both for profit and not not-for-profit hospital systems. Our Revenue Cycle Consultants focus on improvement initiatives in the following areas:
- Accounts Receivable Management
- Interim Staffing
- Business Process Re-Design
- Contract Management
- Analysis of Staffing Levels
- Charge Description Master (CDM) Analysis
- Medical Records Documentation and Coding
- Denials Management
- Charge Capture
Qualifications
- B.B.A, B.A. or B.S. required. MBA/MPH/MHA/MHS or other certification such as CPC preferred, but not required.
- Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical problem solving skills
- Prior national consulting experience required, preferably with Big 4 or like kind
- Experience supervising project team/co-workers
- Demonstrated team leadership and management skills
- Energy and passion about serving clients, continual learning
- Three to five years of hands-on business office or accounts receivable management experience

Our Clinical Operations Consultants focus on improvement initiatives in the following areas:
- Scheduling of appointments
- Patient Flow
- Front Desk Operations
- Staffing Utilization
- Policies and Procedures
- Clinical Training
- Medical Records Management
- Space Planning
Qualifications
- B.A or B.S. required. Nursing or other certification such as specialty specific designation preferred, but not required.

Position Overview
Our Practice Management Consultants work on functional day-to-day management issues to improve the efficiency and profitability of mid to large physician practices, academic medical centers, ambulatory surgery centers and both for profit and not not-for-profit hospital systems. Duties are as follows:
- Oversee and provide direction to physicians on operational and strategic issues
- Oversee and execute strategic business plan
- Oversee the day-to-day operations which includes clinical, human resources, accounts receivable and payable and front office
- Implement recommended improvement initiatives upon approval from board of directors
- Review and revise policy and procedure manuals, clinical guidelines, billing guidelines and job descriptions
- Calculate and monitor respective ratios and financial indicators
- Develop and oversee budget analysis on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Develop and present management reports for board of directors on a regular basis
Qualifications
- B.A or B.S. required. MBA/MPH/MHA/MHS or other certification such as CPA or CMPE preferred, but not required
- Previous experience managing private or academic group physician practice
- Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
