D. Wayne Peters Vice President of Physician Practice Management

D. Wayne Peters, Vice President of Physician Practice Management, joined Advantage in 2007. Mr. Peters’ responsibilities include the oversight of all of the Company’s interim management engagements, including financial turnarounds and change management engagements.  

Mr. Peters has worked as a turnaround consultant in the healthcare industry for the past ten years and has served as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer for high tech and healthcare businesses that varied in size from start-up to multi-billion dollar corporations. Mr. Peters has assisted in raising millions of dollars in financing, including taking a bio-tech company public. Throughout his career, he has restructured millions of dollars in combined debt for his clients. Earlier in his career, Mr. Peters worked as a consultant for Price Waterhouse (now PricewaterhouseCoopers).  

Mr. Peters is a graduate of Bowdoin College and holds an MBA in Accounting and an MS in Finance. A GE Financial Management Program graduate, Mr. Peters is also a Certified Public Accountant.
