J. Michael Carroll Director of Strategic Development

Mr. Carroll joined Advantage Administration, Inc. in 2004 and is responsible for the Company's growth and market positioning. As Director of Strategic Development, Mr. Carroll is charged with the responsibility of implementing strategy initiatives to increase marketshare and developing operational realignment strategies to support such growth. Under Mr. Carroll's initiatives, the Company has more than doubled its annual sales and tripled its headcount. Mr. Carroll is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin.
