Carol B. McDonald Vice President, Practice Operations

Ms. McDonald has been a consultant with Advantage since the company's inception in 1991. As Vice President of Practice Operations, a position held since 1991, Ms. McDonald's responsibilities include the oversight of all patient flow improvement projects. Ms. McDonald's expertise in clinical restructuring, protocol creation / implementation, space planning and clinical education has offered her, and Advantage as a whole, the ability to improve business profitability while maintaining quality patient care. A veteran of over thirty years to the healthcare field, Ms. McDonald worked clinically as a nurse in both hospital and private practice settings before joining Advantage as a consultant.  

Ms. McDonald has provided consultations for hundreds of medical practices, ambulatory centers and academic institutions and routinely presents seminars to organizations and providers nationally.
